Redefining Intrusion: Space Billboards
A Russian company is reviving an idea proposed by an American in 1993, which is to have billboards in the night sky. If it gets financing they will launch small satellites called CubeSats 280 miles above the earth. The satellites would unfurl Mylar panels to reflect sunlight.
