Navy Commercial Power Connection Project

The Navy is hosting a meeting to discuss the Navy’s project to connect Naval Support Activity Cutler to the Buck’s Harbor Substation via a subsea cable across Machias Bay. The Navy will provide a brief overview of the project, discuss marine construction activities and schedule, and address concerns from industry members. In-water construction is scheduled to begin in November 2016.
