The decision on the above-named application for a standard aquaculture lease was signed by the Commissioner on March 15, 2019. This decision is considered the “final agency action” on the application.

In accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, 5 M.R.S.A. §11002, you have the right to seek judicial review of this decision. If you wish to bring an action for judicial review, you must do so within 40 days following the date of the Commissioner’s signature on the final decision.
