Hancock County Diabetes Support Group Meeting

The Hancock County Diabetes Support Group will meet Tuesday, April 3 at 6:30 p.m. in the Classroom (Room 1000) of the Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Medical Office Building, 50 Union Street, Ellsworth. Joy Foster, MS, RN, will be the facilitator.

Do you feel like you are too busy to think about taking care of yourself and managing your diabetes? With so many things to do in our lives, we often forget to take care of ourselves! If we ask ourselves, what it would be like for those around us, family, friends, co-workers, if we could not be there for them, most of us would say it would not be a good situation. Come to the support group to learn how to focus on self care so we can take care ourselves and be available to those we care about.

The Hancock County Diabetes Support Group meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Classroom of the Maine Coast Memorial Hospital Office Building. It is free and open to the public. Call 664-5475 for more information.
