The nation’s largest seafood show was held at the Boston Convention Center March 20-22. It attracted exhibitors and visitors from around the world. Asia was prominently represented in this business to business show. The crowd on opening day was large throughout the day. The International Boston Seafood Show included the Seafood Processors Show and the Boston Food Show in an adjacent building, all under one very large roof. The seafood represented was largely from aquaculture facilities. Next month The Fishermen’s Voice will be publishing a story on the who, what and from where on this major event.
